The Binding Curve...


Still needs be molded with shading, but the foresting of the local hill is done...  now to finish the last garden, and get the 'eagle' house on the cliff set up... then it'll be coloring time for this section...

One of the reasons for doing this in sections, aside from 'teaching' purposes, is that it breaks the large into more manageable units, thereby keeping the interest not just to the viewers in anticipation of forthcomings, but to me, personally, as means of keeping the interest up instead of flagging, as would often take place in such a large work - thus allowing the detail needed to to justice to this rendering... in many ways, this is like a series of related smaller paintings, together which comprise a large unified vista...
