Japanese Castle WIP 10
Spent a bit of time today, adding a lot of shading to the body of the Castle. Bit hard to see in the photo.
Also worked on the next section of the castle.
Need to start working on the roof tiles, but not sure of the color?
DH's photo's he took of the Castle in Japan, are very old and hard to see what color they were at the time.
Will have to do some research, or do a color story board, to see what would look best.

Japanese Castle WIP9
Ever so slowly moving along with the Japanese Castle. Inked the stairs in and worked on the extension of the Castle.
Is going to quite a bit of work to hand color each piece of Stone, but worth it.
Still have the last part of the Castle to do. Once that is done, will finish up the sky.

Japanese Castle WIP 7
I was going to wait until I Inked the whole Castle in, before adding some color.
But yesterday I decided to add 2 layers of base color on, before I did more Ink over the top of that.
In the photo DH took, the Castle is very dark.... as the photo was taken on a heavily clouded day.
I think I will lighten the Castle up a bit in the painting.
