Returning to my Inks

It has been several months since last posted here... in December of these months, I suffered a stroke, and have been taking physical therapy to recover as much back as possible... consequently,  am now able to be back painting... am still on "The Old Man's Gardens", still working on the grisaille, but because there is drying time with it, am going to begin work on another pen and acrylic inks work  - furthering the "Watered World" painting -

 originally, it was to be part of a panoramic series, each connected to the next in a long view - I will go back to it, working on it while continuing with "The Old Man's Gardens"... what lies ahead? well, there is the idea of transforming into the future, ending with a truly floating world... each section would, like this one, be a stand-alone but tied to the others as an evolving continuation...

for the moment, am concentrating not on another pen and ink work but reviving and finishing an old mural of many years ago - "The Old Man's Garden", a 4'xs8' acrylic paint mural on canvas... if one is interested, this progress can be seen on the 'sister' blogspot - Visioneer Windows  - once getting this going, I can get back with more pen/ink works in mind...
